By using The Couture Archive, you agree to these terms.

The marketplace

The Couture Archive is a marketplace. Pieces are listed, held, and shipped by partner boutiques. We facilitate discovery, checkout, and order coordination.

One of one & final sale

• Every piece is a single garment. Once sold, it cannot be repurchased or replaced.
• All Archive pieces are final sale — no returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please review measurements, size, and inspection notes before buying.

Orders & pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars. We (and our boutiques) may correct pricing errors and cancel an order if a piece becomes unavailable, in which case you are not charged. When two shoppers reach the same piece, the first completed checkout wins.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

Boutique partners

Boutiques list under a separate consignment agreement, including the requirement that all pieces are new samples — never rented or worn — and the associated inspection and handling terms.

Authenticity

Boutiques warrant that items are authentic and that they have the right to sell them. If you have a concern about a piece, contact us.

Limitation

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the current version.
