Last updated: 2026. This is a plain-language template — have it reviewed by a lawyer before commercial use.
The Couture Archive (“we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
What we collect
- Account details you provide — name, email, and (for boutiques) business information.
- Order details — shipping address and the items you buy, so orders can be fulfilled.
- Basic usage data needed to operate and secure the site.
Payment card details are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
How we use it
- To process and ship your orders (including sharing your shipping details with the fulfilling boutique).
- To provide your account and order history.
- To communicate with you about orders and support.
- To operate, secure, and improve the service.
Sharing
We share the information needed to fulfill your order with the partner boutique shipping it. We use service providers (such as hosting, database, email, and payments) to run the platform. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can access or update your account details at any time, and you may request deletion of your account by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons.
