Each piece is shipped directly by the partner boutique that holds it, with tracking. Once a boutique confirms and ships your order, the tracking number appears on your order page.
- Orders are typically confirmed within 1–2 business days.
- If your order includes pieces from more than one boutique, each ships separately — you’ll see a status for every shipment.
- You can follow every stage — placed, confirmed, shipped, delivered — on your order page.
Final sale
Every Archive piece is one of one, and all Archive pieces are final sale. Because each gown is a single garment that cannot be replaced, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.
We want you to buy with confidence, so every listing includes full measurements, size, and an honest inspection note describing the exact condition. Please review these carefully, and contact us with any questions before purchasing — we’re happy to help you decide.
Damaged in transit
In the rare event a piece arrives damaged in shipping, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll work with the boutique to make it right.
